Instructions
In a blending pitcher, combine the eggnog, milk, vanilla syrup, ground nutmeg, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until well mixed.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the eggnog mixture until combined.
Add crushed sugar cookies to the eggnog mixture, stirring to incorporate the flavors.
Divide the cocktail mixture into glasses, filling them halfway, and top each glass with whipped cream.
Garnish each cocktail with additional crushed sugar cookies and, if desired, a cinnamon stick for a festive touch.
