Instructions
Prepare Tzatziki Sauce: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Layer Pizza Base: Roll out your pizza crust on a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread a generous layer of the tzatziki sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add Chicken and Cheese: Top the tzatziki-covered crust with shredded chicken and a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add Vegetables: Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion over the cheese and chicken.
Bake the Pizza: Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
