In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated but do not overmix.
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Shape the turkey mixture into bite-sized meatballs, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
Carefully place meatballs in the skillet, leaving space between them. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning frequently, until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Once cooked, remove from the skillet and let them rest on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Serve the meatballs drizzled with extra sweet chili sauce, either on the side or over the top, as a dipping sauce or glaze.
