edamame pods (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
If using frozen edamame, cook them according to package instructions until tender, usually about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant, making sure it doesn’t burn.
Stir in the cooked edamame along with the soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt.
Cook the mixture for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the edamame is heated through and evenly coated with the spicy garlic sauce.
Remove from heat, and sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the top.
Serve warm and enjoy the spicy garlic flavor!
Notes
Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of red pepper flakes.
