Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, crumbled feta cheese, and cream cheese.
Using a hand mixer or food processor, blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Add the olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and all ingredients are fully integrated.
Taste and adjust seasoning as desired, adding more salt or maple syrup for sweetness if needed.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle fresh herbs on top for a touch of color and flavor.
