1cupgreen onions, chopped (green and white parts)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender but still firm. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to incorporate all seasonings.
Add the cooked cauliflower florets to the creamy mixture. Gently fold in the cooked turkey bacon and half of the chopped green onions.
Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top. If desired, you can also sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for an extra crispy texture.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with the remaining green onions before serving.
Notes
You can use plant-based bacon for a vegetarian option.
