Instructions
If desired, wet the rim of your cocktail glasses and dip them into toasted coconut flakes to coat.
In a blender, combine the blue coconut milk, pineapple juice, coconut cream, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more agave syrup if preferred.
Pour the blended cocktail mixture into the prepared glasses.
Garnish each cocktail with fresh blueberries on top for a pop of color.
Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing tropical drink!
