Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add Greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms. You may need to knead it slightly to bring it together.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Evenly distribute chopped turkey pepperoni on top of the cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over these toppings.
Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape, ensuring the ingredients stay inside.
Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet cut side up.
Brush the tops with olive oil to promote browning during baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Allow the pizza rolls to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with a side of tomato sauce for dipping.
