Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, and chopped onion.
In a separate small bowl, mix the beaten egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme until well blended.
Pour the egg mixture into the large bowl with the chicken mixture and combine until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf. Spread the marinara sauce evenly on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the meatloaf is cooked through.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with additional marinara sauce on the side, if desired.
Notes
Let the meatloaf rest before slicing for better texture.
