1/2
cup
unsalted butter, softened
1/2
cup
brown sugar, packed
1/4
cup
granulated sugar
2
tablespoons

1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/2
cup
mini chocolate chips
1
cup
cream cheese, softened
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
1/4
cup
milk (adjust for consistency)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and salt to the mixture, continuing to mix until fully combined.
Gradually add the flour, mixing on low speed until just incorporated. Remember to use heat-treated flour to avoid any raw flour concerns.
Once combined, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
If the dip is too thick, add milk a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Transfer the cookie dough dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle a few extra mini chocolate chips on top for garnish.
Notes
Serve with an assortment of dippers such as graham crackers, apple slices, pretzels, or carrot sticks.
