cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)

chicken broth

cream cheese, softened

shredded mozzarella cheese

diced tomatoes (fresh or canned, drained)

green bell pepper, chopped

onion, finely chopped

Italian seasoning

Instructions
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Add the chopped green bell pepper, onion, and diced tomatoes on top of the sauce. Do not stir just yet.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the crockpot, shred it with two forks, and return it to the pot.
Break the spaghetti in half and stir it into the creamy sauce. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente.
Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or basil if desired.
