Instructions
Melt the Chocolate: In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. If using, mix coconut oil into the chocolates to enhance the smoothness.
Dip the Pretzel Rods: Dip each pretzel rod into the melted chocolates, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off. Use a fork to help remove them if needed.
Decorate: Immediately after dipping in the white or milk chocolate, sprinkle mini M&M’s or other colorful candies along the length of the rod. For added fun, drizzle melted candy melts over the pretzel rods in a zigzag pattern to resemble festive lights.
Chill: Place the decorated pretzel rods on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Put them in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden completely.
Add Sparkle: Once set, feel free to sprinkle on additional festive sprinkles for an extra touch of holiday cheer!
