Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Fold the cheese mixture into the chicken and ham mixture until well combined.
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour half of the breadcrumb mixture on the bottom.
Add the chicken mixture on top of the breadcrumbs, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs over the top of the chicken mixture.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
Take it out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before plating.
Notes
Serve warm in the baking dish, alongside a fresh green salad to balance the richness of the casserole.
