Once cooled, transfer the cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, shredded cheese, almond flour, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Add the beaten egg to the mixture and stir until everything is fully incorporated, forming a dough-like consistency.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small tot shapes (around 1-1.5 inches in length) and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly spray the tots with olive oil to ensure they get golden and crispy.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve on a platter, garnished with fresh green onions or parsley, with a side of dipping sauce.
