buffalo sauce

smoked paprika

green onions, sliced

romaine or butter lettuce, leaves separated

blue cheese or ranch dressing

Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the ground chicken to the skillet. Use a wooden spoon to break it apart and cook for about 5-7 minutes until it's browned and cooked through.
Stir in the onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly coat the chicken.
Pour in the buffalo sauce and mix thoroughly. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
Take a lettuce leaf and spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture into the center.
Top each wrap with sliced green onions and shredded carrots. Drizzle with blue cheese or ranch dressing if desired.
Fold the lettuce over the filling and enjoy!
