1boxbrownie mix (plus ingredients as directed on box)
2cupswhipped cream
1cupchocolate ganache (made with 1 cup chocolate chips and ½ cup heavy cream)
1cupcrushed Oreo cookies
1cupmixed berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
0.25cupchocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Brownies: Bake the brownie mix according to the package instructions in a 9x13 inch pan. Allow them to cool completely after baking.
Make the Ganache: In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Allow the ganache to cool slightly.
Layer the Cake: Once the brownies are cooled, cut them into small squares. In a rectangular dish, start layering: place a layer of brownie squares at the bottom, followed by a layer of whipped cream, drizzle some ganache, and sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies.
Add the Berries: After the Oreo layer, add a layer of mixed berries, spreading them evenly.
Repeat Layers: Repeat the layering process (brownies, whipped cream, ganache, Oreos, berries) until you run out of ingredients, finishing with whipped cream on top.
Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for the best flavor integration) to allow the layers to set.
Serve: Before serving, garnish the top with chocolate shavings for an extra touch of elegance.
