Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into small patties slightly larger than the slider buns, as they will shrink during cooking.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until nicely browned and cooked through. During the last minute of cooking, place a half slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on the bottom of each bun.
Place a cheeseburger patty on each bun bottom, followed by ketchup, mustard, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and diced tomatoes.
Top with the other half of the buns and arrange them in the prepared baking dish. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the buns.
Place the assembled sliders in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes until the buns are golden and warm.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm as a fun and tasty appetizer or meal.
